There are two things that can relax me more than anything else, nature and soothing sounds. In fact, sometimes when I’m out in nature I like to record the sounds around me to capture some of that relaxing moment to relive later. That’s what inspired this recording.
In this guided meditation nature walk I first guide you into a deep hypnotic state. Now don’t worry. Hypnosis is rarely like it is on TV. You will remain completely aware and completely in control of yourself while listening (that is, of course, unless you fall asleep).
After spending some time creating that nice, relaxing hypnotic state my voice then guides you down a quite nature trail until you come upon some ancient ruins. During the walk I layer into the recording real sounds that I have captured on my own nature walks.
When you arrive at the ruins you can explore and you might even discover a special message from your own subconscious mind.
