I probably don’t have to tell you just how insidious stress can be in our daily lives. In fact, chances are that you found this page because you were specifically looking for ways to help you deal with stress in your life. You’ve come to the right place.
Believe it or not, but stress is actually a rather complex and fascinating topic. And while I do love talking about all the technical details behind what stress is and how it affects us, I’ll spare you that lecture.
I will let you know that stress is an overload response. The simple truth is that our brains can only process so much before they need a break, and modern life seems to rarely give us a break anymore.
