Hello. I’m Jeremiah Wolfe For decades, I’ve been helping others to harness the power of their mind and improve their lives.
Each of us comes equipped with a fantastic tool. It’s a powerful, and sometimes mysterious mechanism integral to the human experience. And yet, very few of us have ever learned to work with it.
For the majority, it chugs along in the background, outside our conscious awareness. Sometimes helping, sometimes hurting, but always influencing our lives in profound ways.
I’m talking about the subconscious mind.
Remarkably, our subconscious mind influences nearly all aspects of our lives. In fact, the word “influences” probably isn’t strong enough. The reality is that, in most cases, the subconscious exerts MORE control in our lives than even our conscious thoughts and choices.
With years of training and decades of experience, the subconscious mind is my passion. I use that passion to help people all over the world improve their lives.

So much of what I help my clients with is interconnected. Often someone will come to me with a very specific goal, but as we work together and as my client realizes the power of what we’re doing, that goal begins to morph. The majority of my clients come to me for help with anxiety. Common issues are white coat syndrome, fear of flying, driving anxiety, and social anxiety.

There are two key components in my philosophy of personal change:
1. Your current experience, both positive and negative, is the inevitable consequence of your subconscious beliefs.
2. You have the ability to transform those subconscious beliefs and thereby transform your life.
Your subconscious mind is a collection of beliefs. Beliefs about yourself. Beliefs about the world. And beliefs about how you fit into the world.
Most of these beliefs formed in childhood and were based on limited understanding and experience. Unsurprisingly with such a genesis many of these beliefs simply fail to serve us.
What is surprising, however, is just how powerfully these beliefs can affect our lives.
The conscious mind is tiny compared to the subconscious. And, while it feels like our conscious mind is in control, it really isn’t. In fact, modern neuroscience has been able to watch people making conscious decisions and what they found is remarkable.
In these experiments, the subject was given a choice. Using functional MRI scanning the researchers “watched” as the brain made a decision. Interestingly, it was only after the decision was made that the subject then began to consciously “consider” their options.
That might not make a lot of sense, but essentially it was discovered that the subconscious mind decided BEFORE the conscious mind was even aware that a choice existed. The implications are incredibly profound…
Conscious choice is largely an illusion!
So then, what subconscious beliefs do you hold about yourself?
What if consciously you feel you deserve to be in a loving, happy relationship, but subconsciously you believe that all relationships are full of conflict and pain?
What if consciously you desire a successful career, making good money, but subconsciously you believe that life is supposed to be full of financial struggle?
In both of these examples, as in nearly all aspect of life, your life will reflect your subconscious beliefs.
We know today that willpower, conscious desire, reasoning and decision making aren’t enough to influence one’s life in the long term. We must, instead, adjust our subconscious beliefs.
Well, that’s the good news!
You CAN change your subconscious beliefs. And it’s really not that hard. In fact, it can be incredibly fast and easy if you know how.
That’s where I come in.
